The final set of free IT courses starts this week on Wednesday morning. Tutors from 'eVolve your future' will be covering a range of topics Wednesday 9.30-12 am, Friday 2-4pm and Saturday 10-12 and 1-3pm. Call us on 01780 470125 to check availability.
These courses have been funded by Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales over the last two years.
The Wednesday course runs for 4 weeks and covers Word processing level 2 - aimed at those who can use a package like MS Word who want to take their skills further. 1 place is available as of 26th May.
Friday is a general "IT Revision" course with places available. The tutor will work on questions and topics that those attending wish to cover. Places available, 5 weeks 2-4 pm.
The Saturday morning session is full. The afternoon session 1-3pm concentrates on using Email and Web sites. Runs for 5 weeks, places available.
As well as the tutor leading the sessions we usually have a volunteer support worker on hand to help if you get stuck.
